Biographical Details

Gordon enlisted in May 1916 as a gunner in the 3rd Divisional Ammunition Column. He was almost nineteen and a clerk. Gordon embarked from Melbourne on the Barambah in June 1916 and proceeded to France in November 1917. After the war he worked in the Malay States, Fiji and Sydney. Gordon died in Malvern, Victoria in 1940.
