Biographical Details
Keith had been in the Australian Navy before the war, sailing in HMS Tingira and HMS Sydney. He re-enlisted in the army as a gunner in Taunton, England in 1915 and was wounded in action on the Western Front in August 1918. He returned to Australia where he was discharged in 1919. At the outbreak of the World War 2 in 1939 Keith re-enlisted in the Navy. He later settled in Victoria and became a master builder in Coburg where he died in 1952 aged fifty five.
