Biographical Details

Henry Garfield Nicholls of Perth WA enlisted in the 12th Battalion at Claremont in June 1916. He was married, a bank clerk and aged 26 years and 7 months. Harry embarked for the Front on the Palermo in September 1916 and returned to Australia in August 1919. He lived and worked in Hobart.
