Biographical Details

Eric was one of three Luck brothers who fought in the Great War. He was almost twenty when he enlisted in the 4th Machine Gun Company in July 1916. Eric embarked from Melbourne on the Commonwealth in September and proceeded to the Front on 17 March 1917. He was killed in action on 21 April 1917 and is buried at Vaulx Hill cemetery, Picardy.
